Your enquiry

We use the contact, company, product and delivery details you send to respond to your request and prepare a quote. Requests are handled through our form service and email. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Website measurement

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless visit reporting. We remove URL query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to this service.

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics measures page visits, article-to-product clicks, basket additions and enquiry steps. We send product identifiers and prices, a broad source category and whether the client-gift guide assisted your visit. We do not send your name, email, company name, artwork links, addresses or form contents to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. Our site sets these analytics cookies to expire after 30 days without extending that expiry on every visit. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled in our tag. Google processes technical visit information to provide its analytics service.

With analytics allowed, broad source and guide context are kept in this browser tab and can accompany your enquiry. This context expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We separate tagged warm referrals from observed search and AI referrals; missing sources remain unknown.

You can allow or decline analytics using “Analytics choices” at the top of the page. Declining leaves the catalogue, basket and enquiry forms available. Your consent preference is saved in your browser; cart and request storage are used separately to retain your selections and drafts.
